This is my little newsboy hat that I made a few months ago. I love how it turned out! It is so tiny that I couldn't believe how big it was on this little guy.

I am such a lucky girl. I have an amazing family & a few good friends.
My friend, Jen (this is her pinterest link) is the most awesome crafter & friend. She comes up with the greatest ideas for our craft group. She found a great deal for these mdf wood cutouts. I only paid $4 for the large shamrock, the "Luck" & the 2 small shamrocks, now that's a great deal. My large shamrock is covered with a napkin (how clever is that?), glued on with mod podge & then sealed with the mod podge over it. The really fun thing about this project is that she had a few ideas, but everyone did something different with their wood. I loved my valentine projects that I put in distressed frames so much that I wanted to do that technique again.
I added some green & yellow glitter to a few of the pieces.

I love these little drawstring bags. This one I made for one of my daughter's friends, Emma. These bags are great to carry make-up, polly pockets, hot wheel cars, tech decks, etc. I have made several others that you can see my camera bag, Lauren's bag, Cammi's bag (this one is a little bit skinny & I didn't like it so I adjusted the pattern), or Miranda's bag . This one is similar, but not the same dimensions. This can be a boy's toy bag as well, depending on the fabrics you choose.

I thought that I posted my little turkey a few months ago, but I guess I didn't. This was another fun project that my friend Jennifer came up with for our church craft group. We used tongue depressors for the feathers & a paint stirrer for the neck/head. I love how my little guy turned out!
