{a special monkey blanket}

This little blanket was so fun. Janice wanted a security blanket with a monkey attached for her little one. So I used a cute monkey pattern from Melly & Me and attached it to a little blanket that I made from scratch.

I love how it turned out and really wish I was sewing these when my kids were little.

If you'd like to order a custom made animal security blanket like this, head over to my Etsy Shop and you can send me a message if you don't find what you'd like and request something different.

{Binky Baa ~ [Lamb] }

I am so in love with all of Gingermelon's doll and animal patterns. This is a new one that I created from her Binky Boo's pattern. I have almost all of her patterns, too many to count! I haven't even made several of them because I haven't had time to, but I will get to them slowly.

This little Binky Baa - Lamb is about 4" tall.

I also have 4 other Binky Boo animals over in my Etsy Shop: a bear, a bunny, a kitty & a fox.

{Amy's Memory Elephant}

Amy wanted me to make this sweet elephant for her friend, whose father had recently passed away.

The striped fabric was one of his shirts. How special is this?

I've been making several of these Memory Animals lately and it's been an honor and a privilege to be apart of these special projects.

If you have some special fabric that you'd like an animal made out of or it could be clothes for a doll, visit My Etsy Shop and send me a message with what you'd like me to make.

{a new Mitch the monkey}

This is Mitch. I made my first Mitch the Monkey several years ago for my son. He was one of the very first stuffed animals I'd ever made.

He had crazy eyes, but this one was a custom request from Brian M. for a Mitch with regular eyes and I like how this one turned out much better than the crazy eyes.

You can order a custom Mitch the Monkey or many other toys over in my Etsy Shop.

Mitch is made using a pattern from Funky Friends Factory.
